About
Leonard was born and raised in the Philippines. He holds a Doctor of Optometry degree from Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines. He moved to San Francisco in 1991 to join his family and worked for a time in optometry. It was after he purchased his first property, a condominium in the Diamond Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, that Leonard fell in love with real estate. He immediately got his real estate license in 2002 and developed a career specializing in residential, multi-units, TIC, relocation, 1031 exchange, and investment properties with Berkshire Hathaway Franciscan Properties.
Leonard is known by his clients to be honest, respectful, personable, and knowledgeable in all aspect of real estate. His attention to detail and getting the job done are what make him the right choice to work with.
Leonard is fluent in English and Tagalog. His hobbies include cooking and playing tennis.
